These include more routine: licenses in or out; Supplier Agreements; Product Sales, the range of tech transactions. You may not have a lot of them as an early stage start-up, but hopefully you’ll have a few, and I’ll do my best to keep them to $2,500 each. But remember, as soon as significant negotiating and redrafting is involved, the price goes up!
